This was taken when we lived in Cuba, Illinois. It was our first home. We were having a little unwind time after work. With no cable TV we only got about 1 channel after midnight. Not much to do in a small town of 1200. But we got by! At that time I worked at Caterpillar in East Peoria and Janet worked at Wee-Ma-Tuk Hills Country club just outside of town. I think this picture was taken sometime in 1979 or1980. During this period we were the party capital of the area. We had to post "No Party Tonight" signs on our door on the weekends to get any peace.
Good thing there was no Ebay at that time or I would have been broke and my marriage would have been in trouble. |  |
